Recruitment process

Depending on the position and nature of the job, we are looking for people with varying experience, education and personalities. Above all, however, we care that the person who joins our team shares the same approach to work and declared values as we do.

We support employees’ taking initiatives, and their development. We are committed to our day-to-day work and expect the same from you. Good cooperation is crucial to us. We value building relationships based on openness and mutual respect, as well as a peer-to-peer approach to relations.

If you are open to people, creative, willing to share your knowledge and experience, and you perceive difficulties as opportunities to advance your competences, then you are a perfect fit for our company’s organisational culture.

Recruitment standards

We respect job candidates.

You will not experience any discriminatory behaviour in the processes we conduct, and we also strive to always respect the time that you give us.

We make sure that our job offers are specific and clearly worded.

At the stage of preparing a job offer, we always try to give as much detail as possible and highlight our expectations of the candidates.

At each stage of the recruitment process, we ensure efficient exchange.

We make every effort to ensure that, at every step, candidates have full knowledge of the stage of the recruitment process in which they are participating.

A good atmosphere is crucial.

During interviews with candidates, we ensure a friendly working atmosphere to avoid unnecessary stress and make everyone feel comfortable.

We are open to hearing from job candidates.

If you have additional questions, you can always call or write us.

Feedback is a priority for us.

Whether the decision is positive or negative, we always get back to candidates with feedback.

How to prepare for the recruitment process?

  • We encourage you to visit our website and learn more about our company.
  • Check in advance where the interview is to take place and work out an appropriate travel route to show up on time.
  • Be prepared to talk about your previous jobs and also your achievements. Refer to specific examples and situations from your experience.
  • An interview with a potential line manager and HR employee is an opportunity to get to know the company, its culture and atmosphere, and make sure you will be comfortable there. Do not be afraid to ask us about things that are of interest to you.
  • We understand that a recruitment interview can be stressful, but we will make sure you feel comfortable with us.

Recruitment stages

Preparation of documents and application

The first step is up to you – prepare your resume accordingly and send your application in response to the job offer you are interested in. You can find a list of all current vacancies here. If there is no position that you are interested in – you can apply to us spontaneously.

Application selection

Our Recruitment Department will review your application and verify it against our expectations. Subsequently, the selected resumes go to the line manager for evaluation.

Initial phone interview or short online interview

After selecting the applications, we contact the candidates who initially meet the requirements. The interview is usually conducted by an employee of the Recruitment Department. During this short conversation we will check your motivation, your expectations, examine your predispositions and tell you about our company. If both sides wish to engage in further discussion, following this stage, you will be invited to a recruitment meeting.

Recruitment meeting

During the meeting you will have the opportunity to get to know your future manager. The conversation will revolve around your experience, expertise and skills. We will also tell you more about the company and the position you are applying for and answer all your questions.

Making an offer/ Feedback

Each applicant participating in the recruitment process receives feedback from us. If the decision is negative, we usually send a thank-you e-mail, while the selected candidate receives a work offer.

Employment and induction

At this stage we complete all the formalities of the employment process. Your work with us will start with the onboarding process, where you will receive tools for work, undergo the necessary training and learn about our company. During the induction period, you will be supervised by a “buddy,” that is, a person from your team who will answer all your questions and introduce you to your duties.
