TRANCHES – Purchase of energy in tranches

This option is aimed mainly at medium and large enterprises, for customers who wish to purchase electricity at their convenience. The sales offer of electricity is prepared on the basis of a variable price, including a fixed mark-up [PLN/MWh] plus the cost of energy based on current quotations of BASE products on the Energy Commodity Exchange (TGE).

SPOT – Purchase of energy from the exchange at a variable price (RDN)

This option is designed for customers with differing business profiles, with stable electricity consumption, who want to settle their daily consumption on the basis of a price set individually for each day throughout the term of the contract. The purchase price is based on the quotations of the Day-Ahead Market of the Energy Commodity Exchange (TGE).

Corporate Power Purchase Agreement (cPPA)

Long-term contracts for the purchase of electricity, concluded directly with the generator. An alternative option for purchasing electricity, guaranteeing energy supply at a stable and predictable price throughout the long contract period. A 15-year cPPA, profiled to the individual demand of the customer, will allow the construction of a green RES power plant, without the need for high capital expenditure. The cPPA is also an opportunity for the customer to simultaneously become independent of the prices offered by energy sellers and market price fluctuations.

Repurchase of energy

POB contract – A contract for the repurchase of energy from a renewable energy source.

This form of contract is most often concluded at the same time as the contract for the sale of energy, and allows the customer, who holds the status of energy producer from a photovoltaic micro-installation, to favourably settle the surplus energy generated from photovoltaics. The surplus energy is settled at Balancing Market prices.

An energy-related service involving the selection and installation of reactive power compensation equipment, inspections, daily measurements and analyses related to ongoing costs due to reactive energy consumption above the contracted level.

Analysis of energy distribution service.

The service includes, among other things, an analysis of the correctness of billing on invoices, verification of the correctness of adjustment of the tariff group to the consumption profile.

Photovoltaics up to 50kWp in a subscription formula with electric energy.

The service of financing the comprehensive completion of the design, delivery, installation, monitoring and servicing of a photovoltaic micro-installation for an enterprise, in conjunction with an agreement to repurchase surplus green electricity from RES in exchange for payment in the form of a monthly subscription. The subscription service relies on long-term, low-cost external financing, which is virtually unavailable from other sources in the current market situation.

Subscriptions are available for 3, 5 and 7 years. Subscription fees represent a business expense. After the subscription repayment period, the asset becomes the property of the customer – after a buyout for PLN 1, and all the energy produced by the installation is pure profit for the owner. In the long term, a photovoltaic installation can lower existing electricity bills.
