Proprietary generation sources

About

The Green Generation area of the Respect Energy Capital Group is dedicated to the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, wind and PV farms, owned by the Group.

The portfolio, covering green energy generation infrastructure, comprises:

Wicko wind farm

A 30-hectare site near Wicko is home to 5 ENERCON E82 E2 wind turbines with a total capacity of 10 MW, which generate 25 GWh of zero-carbon energy per year. Wicko will exemplify a new approach to obtaining energy from renewable sources using cable-pooling. This allows for optimal use of energy from the sun and wind, as well as already existing grid resources, ensuring a more stable supply of green energy to consumers. In addition, the installation will be equipped with energy storage, which will further increase the quality and availability of the energy produced.

Zwartowo PV farm

The Zwartowo farm sits on 300 hectares of land and is located in the Pomorskie region, Wejherowo county. It is the largest photovoltaic farm in Central and Eastern Europe. With the completion of the first phase of the investment, the photovoltaic farm has been equipped with 204 MWp of solar panels. The second phase of the investment will expand the total capacity to 290 MWp.

Jędrzychowice and Zgorzelec wind farms

The wind farms in Jędrzychowice and Zgorzelec, located in the Dolnośląskie region, generate 100 GWh of electric energy per year. The 26MW wind farm in Jędrzychowice is equipped with 13 Vestas V90 turbines, while the 24MW farm in Zgorzelec is powered by 12 Gamesa G90 turbines.
