The Respect Energy Capital Group’s portfolio includes infrastructure for the generation of green energy, including wind and photovoltaic farms in Poland (currently 264 MW), while the innovative cable-pooling method makes it possible to combine solar and wind energy infrastructure at large-scale investments.


Respect Energy Capital Group, together with EDF, the world’s leading nuclear operator, is developing nuclear power projects in Poland based on SMR technology.


The Group has also launched a 5-gigawatt offshore wind energy project (connected capacity – AC, nearly 6GW of installed capacity – DC) off the coast of the state of Victoria, in Gippsland, Australia’s first offshore windfarm zone. The project is being developed in partnership with a Consortium comprising:

  • EnergyAustralia, the major Australian power retailer and generator with 6 million customers in eastern Australia.
  • Boskalis, one of the leading global offshore wind farm contractors with a fleet of more than 650 specialised vessels.
  • Polpo Investments, with a track record of developing utility-scale renewable Energy projects in the Australian mainland.

Sebastian JabłońskiPresident of the Capital Group

Trader, entrepreneur, investor. Operates on renewable energy markets in Poland and worldwide. Expert in the area of wholesale energy and gas trading. He began his business career in 2011 at the Polish Power Exchange (TGE) and continued in the largest energy corporations in Poland and abroad, including in Prague and Hamburg. Sebastian made history at the Polish Power Exchange as Trader of the Year 2013, 2014, 2015 on the Day-Ahead Market in Poland and Trader of the Year 2015 on the International Market. Major shareholder of Respect Energy Holding GK (UBO – 95%) – Poland’s leading private companies in the energy sector, engaged in the management of renewable energy.

Tomasz Zadroga - About Us

Tomasz ZadrogaChief Investment Officer

Manager with extensive experience in the strategic management of companies across various market sectors. Between 2008 and 2011, he served as President of the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna, the country’s largest producer and supplier of electric energy, and Vice President of EURELECTRIC The Union of the Electricity Industry – a European organisation representing the interests of the energy industry (2011-2012). He has held key executive positions in market-leading companies and concerns including ZE PAK, ABB, Polkomtel, Inter Cars, Adidas, Papyrus-Stora Enso and Yawal. Ever since the beginning of his career, Tomasz has been actively involved in the work of numerous industry, social and economic organisations, taking on the role of president of the Polish Electricity Committee, member of the Social Council of the AGH University of Science and Technology and the Chamber of Commerce of the Gas Industry, among others. He is a member of ACCA, a global association of accountants, where he served as vice-president in Poland. He is a graduate of International Economic and Political Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Sociology, University of Łódź.

Monika Grudzień - About Us

Monika GrudzieńChief Operating Officer

Monika Grudzień began her adventure in the energy industry in 2007 at Tauron, dealing with electricity sales. In later years, she built the electricity sales company from scratch. In 2019 she joined Qair Polska S.A. where she was responsible for building asset management structures, overseeing O&M contracts, electricity sales, building relationships with tenants as well as local communities. As Director of the Operations Department, as well as Member of the Management Board, she supervised the Asset Management Department, the Grid Dispatch Department, the Electricity Trading Department and the Wind Farms and Photovoltaic Farms Service Company.

Diana Skotnicka  - About Us

Diana Skotnicka Chief Financial Officer

Diana Skotnicka has been with Respect Energy since 2022, where as Head of Controlling she is responsible for streamlining processes in liquidity management, developing business models for the group and individual business lines. As part of her previous career, Diana Skotnicka worked in financial auditing and financial and business controlling as Finance and Controlling Manager at Orange. As Head of Controlling at Burda International Poland, she was responsible, among other things, for cost optimization processes, participation in M&A, implementation of post-merger synergies and digitalization of organizational processes.

Krzysztof Kuźmiński  - About Us

Krzysztof Kuźmiński Chief Trading Officer

Krzysztof Kuźmiński has been with Respect Energy since June 2017 – managing the company’s trading team as Head of Trading. As of May 1, he joined Respect Energy Holding’s board of directors as Chief Trading Officer. Prior to joining Respect Energy, he served as an Oilseeds Trader at Louis Dreyfus Commodities for nearly five years (from July 2013 to June 2017), where he gained valuable experience in the area of agricultural commodities trading. He is a graduate of ESCP Business School, where he completed his master’s degree in finance at the Faculty of International Economics at Poznań University of Economics.

Alvise Favara  - About Us

Alvise Favara Chief Commercial Officer

Alvise Favara has been appointed board member and Chief Commercial Officer of Respect Energy Holding as of May 1st 2024. Alvise moved to Respect Energy Holding from Allegro where he held the positions of board member. Prior to this role, Alvise headed Amazon’s Consumables business in Germany and Pan-European retail processes at Amazon’s European headquarter. He was also a Partner at McKinsey Switzerland and an academic at the University of Florence including nuclear physics research positions at CERN and CalTech. Alvise brings a broad and diversified experience in ecommerce and international expansion and will accompany Respect Energy Holding in its mission to innovate the green energy industry across Europe.

Roch Baranowski - About Us

Roch BaranowskiChief Strategy Officer

Expert in energy transition and electromobility. Roch Baranowski has assumed the position of Chief Strategy Officer. In his role as CSO, he is responsible for developing and operationalizing the company’s growth strategy, focusing on organic and inorganic business development. In his career, Roch has advised clients in the energy, oil and gas, as well as technology, manufacturing and finance sectors. He specializes in growth strategy, due diligence, post-acquisition value creation and exit planning. Prior to joining Respect Energy Holding, Roch was Managing Partner at the Polish division of Bain & Company, where he led the energy and natural resources division. He also has experience gained in Germany and the Middle East.
