Respect Energy Group, a leader in the renewable energy sector in Poland, publishes its 2023 Sustainability Report. The document provides a full summary of the company’s environmental protection, social responsibility and transparent management activities, but also presents the company’s Sustainability Strategy for the coming years.
Respect Energy’s key achievements in 2023:
- The total value of RES energy produced from its own generation sources and purchased by Respect Energy from generators in 2023 was 2,287,189.10 MWh.
- The total capacity of the Group’s generation sources was 264.92 MWh and the value of energy produced in 2023 is 323,608.585 MWh.
- We are co-owner of the largest photovoltaic farm in Central and Eastern Europe in Zwartow, as well as wind farms in Wicko, Jędrzychowice and Zgorzelec. Since 2024, we have also added to our investment portfolio – a wind power plant in Sierpc and photovoltaic power plants in Drzeńsk and Wiązownica.
- We are present in 27 countries through 18 energy exchanges or financial instruments.
- We have opened the company’s first foreign branch in Germany, which sells RES energy.
- In 2023, we started working on the Respect Energy Group’s Sustainable Development Strategy for 2024 – 2027, which we present in the report.

The Sustainability Report covers the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and applies to the seven companies in the Group: Respect Energy Holding (lead company), Respect Energy S.A., Solar Wind, RE Poweric, Respect Energy Fleet, Respect Energy IT Solutions, Respect Energy Commodity Brokerage. Prepared in accordance with the international non-financial reporting standard GRI 2021 (Core).
